With his debut novel, Take a Shot at Destiny, Ian Eller spins an epic yarn of interstellar proportions, complete with all the trappings of a modern space opera. Heavily influenced by
Japanese animation, Take a Shot at Destiny stars a sword-wielding, pitiless bounty hunter and his ebullient (and reluctantly recognized) sidekick as they hunt down mobsters, Rogues,
Galactic Military prisoners, and deranged scientists. Take a Shot at Destiny is available through Lulu (www.lulu.com), the world's8217;s fastest-growing
provider of print-on-demand books.
A wholly unique story, Take a Shot at Destiny exhibits an avant-garde style that perfectly captures the classic, stylistic quality of anime. Readers will be hooked as they follow Tear
Irida throughout the frighteningly violent world presented by Mr. Eller; hooked as Tear's8217;s assignments lead him closer and closer to the dark secrets of his murderous past; hooked as
his own ruined morals force him to constantly reflect on the gray area between right and wrong.
Ian Eller began Take a Shot at Destiny as a short story for his freshman language arts class, and afterward labored ardently, almost brutally, for four years on converting it into a full
novel. Having recently completed this task, Ian came to Lulu because he wanted to be in control of the publishing process and found Lulu's8217;s print-on-demand tools to be fast, easy
and, most importantly, free. Take a Shot at Destiny is available for purchase at www.lulu.com, in a marketplace filled with other unique and wonderful
surprises.

About Author
Ian Eller has been a self-proclaimed writer since the sixth grade, wherein he started working on his first novel, a highly ambitious tale of three friends set in a world much akin to that
presented in Pokémon. A year later he moved onward to darker material with his fantasy novel, The Pain of Being a Hero. This trend of dark, angst-ridden subject matter has been continued
with Take a Shot at Destiny, and will most surely be utilized henceforth until Ian's8217;s demise. Mr. Eller will attend the DigiPen Institute of Technology this autumn, where he will
begin pursuing his BA in Real-Time Interactive Simulation.
