Cell Journalist, the nation'ss leading provider of user generated content solutions to newspapers, television stations and other media outlets, has been selected by Chicago-based Barrington Broadcasting Group to provide its platform and services to allow Barrington station viewers in 14 major television markets from Texas to New York, Colorado to Carolina to easily send images and videos of breaking news and community events for immediate distribution on air and online.



The Cell Journalist platform enables any individual with a cell phone, digital camera, or video recorder to upload images and videos of newsworthy events as they happen.
