Latest Video Board From Digital View Offers Jumper SelectableSupport...

Digital View launches the AVP-1600 (http://www.digitalview.com/deliver/info/avp-1600-launch), a dedicated video-input-only UXGA interface controller, with jumper selectable support for over 700 LCD panel timings.

The AVP-1600 is a purpose built, compact, professional grade Composite and S-Video interface offering cost-effective connection to 8 bit, 16.7m color, 1600 x 1200 resolution TFT LCD panels. Input configuration options include either 4 separate composite video inputs, or 2 composite and 2 S-Video.

To be unveiled at SID 2009, the AVP-1600 is the ideal controller for customers looking to build high quality video-only display systems. This purpose built product offers a dedicated system targeted at applications across; camera monitors, CCTV, surveillance systems, digital signage, vehicle systems, aviation, marine, medical monitoring and the ever growing range of video applications within industry.

The outstanding suite of on-board features (including; superb scaling, detailed image control, RS-232 interface, on-board TTL 's38; LVDS connectivity and 12v 's38; 24V power support) combine to make this card an industry leader for its class.

Supports 640 x 480 to 1600 x 1200 panel resolution 's38; 8-bit TFT panels. Standard inputs are Composite 's38; S-Video, either 4 x Composite or 2 x Composite 's38; 2 x S-Video, - with support for PAL/NTSC/SECAM video. Delivers full screen OSD, with full RS-232 control.. Power support is 12/24VDC input power 's38; output power for 3.3/5/12/18V panels.

Additional functionality offered includes; auto source select, OSD timeout, OSD menu lock, Hot Key Input Source Select, Gamma control and optional add-on stereo amplifier with volume control.

The AVP-1600 measures a compact 142mm x 92mm (5.6 x 3.6), and comes with a 's38;gt;250K hour MTBF and full 3-year warranty.
