On being accepted by Bin Laden and given his own spade, Hassan holds up one finger and notes, 's8220;First there was one.'s8221; Then Osama, holding up two fingers, replies, 's8220;Then there were two.'s8221; They continue to speculate about who else might join them, as they work toward a higher and higher total. Since they are not familiar with the ups and downs of the infidel tale of Ten Little Indians, they never for a moment suspect that the number may, at some point, head south.
