In this week's8217;s free issue, NewsLaugh.com The Sanely Funny Weekly Humor Magazine, presents a 's8220;New Work List For The Human Race,'s8221; while noting that, given our current work
habits, we sure could use one.
Of course, the magazine admits, it would be downright revelatory if a helpful hand would come out of the clouds and give us one. But, since that event does not seem to be forthcoming,
NewsLaugh has decided to take the hint and do its best to help develop one.
To get the 's8220;New Work List's8221; started, the humor magazine first reviews the human race's8217;s 's8220;Current Work List,'s8221; which,, includes such regrettable work habits as
's8220;War of the week,'s8221; 's8220;Terrorism as a mistaken assignment from the CEO,'s8221; and a 's8220;Confused mission statement.'s8221;
The magazine then presents suggestions for inclusion in a 's8220;New Work List,'s8221; on which it has placed such commendable work habits as 's8220;Peaceful conduct at all times,'s8221;
's8220;Terrorism as cause for dismissal,'s8221; and a 's8220;Clear Mission Statement,'s8221; with the suggested theme, 's8220;Have faith in life; it's8217;s smarter than we
are.'s8221;
This humorous but pointed story is only one of the many ways readers can discover 's8220;Sanity Through Laughter's8221; by going to NewsLaugh.com created by humorist Tom Attea, which
claims, 's8220;You can's8217;t change the news but you can laugh at it.'s8221;
Other sanely funny features in this week's8217;s free issue include:
* Terrorist Orgs Regret Self-Destruction: Plan To Build Own Wailing Wall
* Bigamist Begs For Life Imprisonment; Seeks Escape From 40 Wives
* Iranian Kook Rejects Nuke Rebuke, Despite Fluke
* US Missile Defense Intercepts Seagull; Cheney Present As Backup
Readers can also laugh out loud at NewsLaugh'ss weekly fictional spoof. This week the magazine presents 's8220;Bin Laden's8217;s Garden Of Earthly Frights,'s8221; in which the
world's8217;s most evasive terrorist, while tending his garden, which is the only thing he can without the risk of being nabbed, gets a surprise visit from Hassan Nasrallah, who, himself
on the lam from Israel, has figured that, if he wants to hide out and survive, the person to get in touch with is the master of evading capture. On being accepted by Bin Laden and given
his own spade, Hassan holds up one finger and notes, 's8220;First there was one.'s8221; Then Osama, holding up two fingers, replies, 's8220;Then there were two.'s8221; They continue to
speculate about who else might join them, as they work toward a higher and higher total. Since they are not familiar with the ups and downs of the infidel tale of Ten Little Indians, they
never for a moment suspect that the number may, at some point, head south.
