Vision Media Announces Restructuring

Johnny Powers, Chairman of Vision Media Technologies, Inc. (PINK SHEET:VMTL) announced today that the company will undergo a major restructuring with the intention to begin producing and disseminating proprietary content specializing in sports, entertainment and lifestyles programming.
