TREC Global Expands Call Center Operations in the Philippines in Response to Strong Demands for Services



May 20, 2005 -- TREC Global, a leading provider of Outsourced Call Center services announced that it is under going a large expansion at its Pasig City Call Center in Manila, Philippines to meet the growing needs of its clients. TREC Global says that a strong demand for call center services from the Philippines is driving their 500 seat expansion.

The expansion reflects the strength of the company and the popularity of the Philippines as a source of call center agents with world-class English speaking skills and a college education. TREC Global is expanding its call center with the addition of 500 seats, of which 250 seats will be available by the end of May and another 250 by the end of June. This additional capacity will allow us to expand our current customer's programs and give us room to add new customers, says Tom Reilly, Vice President of Operations. At our current rate of growth all the additional seats should be committed by the 4th quarter, says Reilly.
