EESI Names New President



June 1, 2005 -- "It gives me great pleasure to announce Karl Zeidler's selection as President of EESI. This was an easy decision given Karl's strong abilities, long background with the company as Product Express and, later, as Emerging Enterprise Solutions, Inc. He and his wife Donna are well respected here in EESI," said Mr. Baker, CEO of EESI.

He joined the EESI Team from position as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Point Capital Group, LLC a financial services company, with offices in Phoenix, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada from February 2002 until December 2004. From January 1, 2001 to January 2002 he was Controller and Treasurer for Visitalk.com a software developer and internet provider of services. Mr. Zeidler was Chief Financial Officer for Product Express.com Inc. a public company based in Scottsdale, Arizona (PXPS) from January 1998 to December 2000. PXPS was an internet provider of services for the fulfillment industry. From January 1996 to December 1997 he was Business Manager for Wadsworth Golf Construction Co. Buckeye, Arizona, and a domestic and international golf course construction company. From March 1994 to November 1995 he was Regional Controller for Anthony Crane Rental Co., Phoenix, Arizona. From February 1986 to February 1994, Mr. Zeidler was the Chief Financial Officer for Reliance Group, Inc., a holding company with five wholly owned subsidiaries specializing in transportation services, crane rental and heavy rigging. From 1980 to 1986 Mr. Zeidler was Controller for Halmar Construction Co., Mt. Vernon, New York, a heavy and highway construction company operating in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Zeidler received a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, New Jersey (1978).
