Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists, Inc., a top media relations firm specializing in literary publicity for authors, announced today that it has been acquired in a management-led buyout. The buyer, BookPros, LLC, will assume operations of P&P under the BookPros branding identity.

Leann Phenix, founder, owner and chairman of Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists said, "The entire Phenix & Phenix team have done an excellent job in building the company into a media relations powerhouse. With 11 best selling authors in 11 years, P&P has continued to be the publicity firm of choice for authors and publishers.
