A Director for AcuityCFO, Ms. Austin will both lead and work as a member of client engagement teams, performing strategic finance and accounting functions and implementing proper

With almost 15 years of industry experience, Ms. Austin brings a strong professional background in finance and accounting, and a broad skill-set with financial systems including
JDEdwards, MAS 90, Solomon, Oracle PeopleSoft, Peachtree and Quick Books. Between 2004 and 2006, Ms. Austin was an independent project consultant supporting a group of clients with
accounting functions, process analysis and design and treasury responsibilities. Prior to working independently, Ms. Austin spent three years as the director of financial operations for
$100M software company Inovis, Inc. (formerly Harbinger), where she increased team and process efficiencies and had direct responsibility for all accounting functions. Her experience also
includes work as a financial system manager for Pameco Corporation, a functional analyst for Harbinger Corporation, and an audit senior for Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Austin passed her
CPA examination in Georgia in 1995.
