Axsium Group Inc. Adds Retail and WFM Expert to its Leadership Team

Axsium Group, Inc., a leading WFM Consulting firm, announced the addition of Mike Emsley to its leadership team as a Principal. Emsley will be responsible for expanding Axsium'ss presence with clients and vendors in the retail sector. Emsley reports to the Managing Partner, Tim Lett.



Mike has the depth of experience in Workforce Management and retail that makes him a natural fit at Axsium. As part of our continued growth, he will be a key driver in our thought leadership and offerings for the retail sector said Tim Lett, Managing Partner at Axsium.



For the past 10 years, Mike Emsley has built a reputation of strategic thinking and reliable execution in the domain of enterprise software. Most recently, he was in charge of Strategy and Planning of store systems for HEB, an $11 billion retail organization. Prior to that position he was the Regional Vice President of Professional Services at Workbrain Inc., one of the leading Workforce Management software companies. Among his accomplishments at Workbrain, Emsley opened the California office in 2004 to build a professional services practice that would serve Workbrain'ss West Coast customers.



The combination of deep Workforce Management experience and thought leadership is what was most appealing to me about the Axsium proposition, said Emsley.
