Blog New Training Packages Reaffirm MaraStars Expertise in and Commitment...

Customer service and sales management training got a new look when MaraStar Communications (http://www.marastar.com/) launched their website, and now, they've done it again with the addition of an informative industry insider blog and new employee and management training packages. These new developments are part of a series of websites updates designed to provide a better experience for MaraStar customers, and in turn, better employee training.

The new blog (http://blog.marastar.com/) is part of MaraStar's ongoing efforts to educate customers on common office issues and customer service concerns that may require training, as well as give a glimpse of what their comprehensive training programs cover. To that end, each product suite features demo videos of the training cartoons and preview posters so a customer never feels they are "buying blind."

The blog launch comes on the heels of a major product restructuring project that makes it easier to build a customized training package tailored to an individual office's workplace culture and employees.

A 10 year veteran of the industry, MaraStar has continually endeavored to bring new developments to employee training, and the recent updates to their website are just part of a larger plan. A new project, ToonUp Snippets, is currently in the works: an interactive suite of training materials that appeal to a broader audience and encourages the audience to more actively participate in the program by "teasing" the presenter and "talking back" to the audience.
