Gordon Rudow, founder and chief executive of Bonfire Communications, will facilitate two breakout sessions around challenges and best practices in organizational communication at the this year's Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) University in New Delhi, India. Rudow's presentation, Unleash the Power of Communications, will detail Bonfire's audience-centric methodology, a unique planning process for crafting relevant and engaging communications.
The global learning event will draw entrepreneurs from over 40 countries and feature workshop leaders from a variety of industries. Rudow was invited to discuss common challenges leaders
face when implementing a new vision, and will highlight thinking models and planning tactics for building a leader's "empathetic muscle." Attendees will learn about managing the
"corporate conversation" - the culture - and how to drive conversation and behavior change to achieve organizational goals.
"As entrepreneurs, we must engage our audiences effectively, whether they are employees, customers, or the marketplace," explained Rudow. "Audience-centric planning helps leaders and
managers develop an understanding of stakeholder needs and concerns, enabling them to connect with their audiences in a relevant and meaningful way."
"Gordon was rated very highly as a breakout speaker at the 2007 EO Berlin University held last August, and I am delighted to invite him back to speak at another EO event," said EO New
Delhi University Learning Chair, Vikram Singh. "Gordon's insights on the power of communications are particularly relevant in our emerging global economy, and we are excited that he will
share his message with his peers. With the newly designed two-part session, we hope members receive even more take home value. The EO Global staff and the members of the University
Committee are happy to host Gordon once again."
EO's New Delhi University will take place at the Taj Palace Hotel, located on six acres of lush greens in the exclusive Diplomatic Enclave of the city, just minutes from the Indira Gandhi
International airport. The program will center on the theme of "Unleashing a Billion Opportunities."
Rudow will lead two breakout sessions on Thursday, February 7, 2008 from 2:30-4:00 PM and 4:30-6:00 PM IST. To read more about Rudow's sessions and others, visit the learning agenda:
