Catalina Development Corporation Breaks Ground For New Residential...

John and Kerryn House, owners of Catalina Development Corporation, have announced they will host a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, June 1 at 10 a.m. for the new residential development, House Ridge Estates. The residential development is located at 629 East Pearl Street and will feature 33 single-family homes with three different floor plans.

House Ridge Estates is a development on 9 acres in the heart of the city of Benson, Arizona, featuring a 33 custom single-family subdivision. There are three models offered, 1460 (sq. ft), 1710 and 1730. The 1460 and 1710 are three bedrooms and the 1736 is a 4 bedroom home, and are all single story. The houses will all have white trim with an option of 4 outside colors; gray, taupe, yellow and blue. The prices will start at $233,000.
