Calderon is a recent graduate of Crossroads College, and he is fluent in Spanish, he will aid the Spanish-speaking clients of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston's8217;s Durham real estate division. Phillip obtained his bachelors degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University and was most recently employed with the City of Raleigh as a Housing Inspector.
