Duncan Business Services Inc Relocates Diversifies Expands Business...

Duncan Business Services, Inc., a Loveland-based organization, has relocated and spun off a new division. Duncan Business Services, Inc., and the company's new division, Duncan Direct Mail, now operate out of space at 169 S. Madison Avenue in Loveland.



"We're pleased and grateful that businesses in northern Colorado and beyond turn to us for business support and direct mail services," notes Vicki Duncan, owner. "Our new space allows us to divide the business services and the direct mail parts of the organization, and provide expanded services to take even better care of our clients."



The move quadruples the space that the company previously occupied, and also led Duncan to expand her staff, adding a full-time in-house graphic designer. A larger production floor and increased warehouse space with overhead door access brings new opportunity to pursue more business and larger projects, including handling palletized mail and has helped Duncan Direct Mail to recently earn a ranking as the fourth largest mailer in Loveland.



Duncan Business Services, Inc., offers: administrative support, digital transcription, tape transcription, word processing, data entry, desktop publishing, black and white and color copy services, typing and form completion, fax services, proofreading and document scanning/optical character recognition (OCR).



Duncan Direct Mail offers: clean, targeted mailing lists, first class and bulk rate mail permits, database design and management, graphic design, short-run digital color printing, free pre-print design review, maximum postage discounts, folding and inserting, metered postage and permit indicia. The company's staffers are currently going through the U.S. Postal Service's Mail Piece Quality Control Program to earn certification in mail piece design and quality control.
