As part of their plan for opening interactive channels for their users, SpivO has launched SpivO Mail. Like many other SpivO channels, SpivO Mail was built with simplicity in mind.
The simplicity of SpivO Mail is what SpivO hopes will bring in users. The mailbox is really easy to use, with basic mailing features like spell checking, formatted text options, automatic
spam filtering as well as selective mail blocking. It also features a simple address book.
When SpivO's development team at their managing company, Adviatech Corp., started planning for the SpivO upgrade, they spent many hours researching the market and talking to the end user.
SpivO's launched and soon to be launched channels are all designed to be simple. SpivO Mail is certainly not any different.
Vice President of Adviatech Corp., Jason Bland, is working closely with developers on the SpivO network. "When doing our research, we opened up accounts on multiple free email services.
Two things bothered us the most." Bland continues, "The first was the advertisements. When logging in, we were consistently bombarded with animated commercials, banners, and sometimes
pop-ups. The second issue that came up frequently was the placement of third party ads in the footer of our outgoing emails. Therefore, when designing SpivO Mail, we decided to only
include text ads and not to place third party ads in the outgoing mail footer."
The other thing that sets SpivO Mail apart from other free email providers is the 1GB (one gigabyte) of storage. SpivO believes that services that offer 25-200MB of space are not paying
attention to today's communication environment. With 1GB of space and an attachment maximum of 50MB, SpivO Mail is sure to be convenient for all user types. SpivO has plans to continue
giving away more space as the SpivO Mail user base grows.
