Declaring independence from the old music industry model, US-based production company MusicandVideo.tv today made two new songs from Steve Walsh available on a global basis via iTunes and other mainstream digital distribution outlets.
After the successful initial release of the two tracks, "Dark Day" and "Faule dr Roane" on May 22, 2007, MusicandVideo.tv has opened up the market to include the ubiquitous Apple iTunes
Store.
"We recognize Steve's large fan base outside the US and want to reach every one of them with a platform that they feel confident ordering through like iTunes", commented Larry Stock
Executive Producer of the project. "We will continue to make them available as premium MP3s with the optional artwork bundle via our website, but always planned for wider global
coverage." Stock said.
"Dark Day" and "Faule dr Roane" are now available via all of the iTunes international storefronts in the US, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, EU/UK, and Japan. Additionally,
MusicandVideo.tv has made the songs available via Napster, Sony Connect, Rhapsody, eMusic, and HMVdigital.
