InsureMe Launches Preferred Lead Program for Agents

InsureMe, an insurance lead generator, recently unveiled a service designed to help member agents improve closing ratios for the online leads they purchase.

InsureMe.com matches agents looking for prospects with consumers looking for insurance. Agents typically compete with other agents to sell insurance (http://agent.insureme.com) to their prospects; the newly unveiled Preferred Lead Program will enable them to decrease that competition.

What this does is give agents a better shot at selling a policy, and that'ss what we'sre after, says Tim McTavish, InsureMe'ss founder and president.

Encouraged by a successful pilot offering that ran in several states, InsureMe decided in November to open the program to member agents in all 50 states.

According to McTavish, the Preferred Lead Program is part of his company'ss perennial mission to help insurance agents succeed in a tough industry.

By giving our agents the opportunity to limit their competition and focus on higher probability prospects, we think they will see even better results.

The program comes on the heels of other offerings, including a free lead management tool and quote request box for agent web sites.

Technology has always been a focus here at InsureMe, says McTavish, and we'sre always looking for ways to use it to give our agents a boost.
