Kearney amp Associates Alliance Members From Around the State Gather...

Kearney & Associates: The Experts's Alliance held a strategic planning session in San Leandro, CA 94577, in late June, 2006, and 10 of the 13 members of the Alliance convened for the planning session.



This organiztion which was founded in 1983 by Dr. Elizabeth Kearney, the organization'ss President, provides a unique multi-dimensional service to companies of all sizes. Dr. Kearney uses a copyrighted system and conducts gap analyses of the organization'ss clients's 26 Key Operational Areas, and with them identifies those areas that need critical change. Targeted Solutions and Targeted Game Plans are then developed for each identified need. When appropriate, the Experts of the Alliance are brought in to help with the implementation of the Game Plans, or if skills other than theirs are needed, referrals with a proven track record are provided.
