KnowledgeShift, a consulting and organizational development firm located in the suburbs of Chicago, will be partnering with the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center (IMEC) to deliver a
full day workshop on Innovation.
The program titled "Breakthrough! A workshop to Accelerate Innovation" will be given at the NIU Conference Center in Rockford May 10th from 9 AM to 4 PM. The program will help
participants learn one method of uncovering new innovative business processes that can be explored as a means of expanding and unlocking new business opportunities. The framework for the
program is based upon methods developed by Gary Hamel and Strategos, world experts on innovation.
A pre-workshop survey will be given to each participant to measure how innovative their organization is. The combined results will be shared during the program.
"I have seen organizations explode with new opportunities after going through this program. Almost all of these new opportunities arise from leveraging talent and resources that already
exists within the organization," states Nancy Munro, founder of KnowledgeShift.
