Successful Entrepreneurs Easy Software Audit Victims According to Animus...



Animus Solutions announced critical changes need to be made to infrastructure business practices for successful start-ups. Phara McLachlan, President of Animus Solutions, offers simple but sage advice on managing IT assets in a new article in the Tampa Bay area magazine the Bay Area Business Magazine. Previously featured in a December article about Animus Solutions, McLachlan combines her own experiences as an entrepreneur with her expertise on IT asset management within global organizations to outline the importance of maintaining an IT infrastructure from a physical, contractual and security perspective.





"Every business today uses IT to conduct their business," stated McLachlan. "As a start-up gains momentum and builds their staff, it is easy to lose track of assets, especially if the management team is unaware of all of the legal and financial issues that surround IT assets."



Animus Solutions delivers services to all types and sizes of companies, but most consultants are busy working for large enterprises. "Larger organizations have more information about asset management targeted at them, so their interest level and prioritization of infrastructure management is higher," stated McLachlan. "Unfortunately, the same software audits and financial risks happen to smaller companies too."
