America'ss pet owners desiring to learn more as to how to protect their pets in the event of a disaster (www.petsitters.org) now can receive that information compliments of The National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) at (www.petsitters.org). NAPPS has recently announced the launch of a nationwide campaign to provide important tips that may save a pet'ss life in the unfortunate event of a disaster. The nonprofit association is sponsoring a free Pet Owner Disaster Preparedness Teleconference to anyone wishing to learn more about how to protect and prepare for your pets's safety (www.petsitters.org) if such an event should occur.
Information on accessing the teleconference is available on the NAPPS website or simply by registering by sending an e-mail to napps(at)ahint.com. Participation is limited for each
conference. Interested pet owners must register before the May 22, 3PM EST, 2009 teleconference.
