In April 2001, doctors diagnosed Scislow with aplastic anemia, a rare disease that destroyed all of his bone marrow. Without a bone marrow transplant, doctors believed Scislow would die. Scislow never had a transplant, and this book is a testimony to his miraculous healing and faith in God.
Minister Doug Stanton of Doug Stanton Ministries International provides a moving visual account of how Jeff Scislow faced his battle with aplastic anemia -- "What amazed me was Jeff's response! After being told he would die from the disease, Jeff somehow became excited by the details of the bad news. As he sat up in bed, as weak as he was, got a sparkle in his eyes and said... 'Wow, won't this make a great testimony when God heals me!'"
David Linger, executive vice president of RE/MAX North Central, Inc., says, "I remember visiting Jeff in the hospital. I went to offer him some company, comfort and encouragement. Instead, I was the one who left encouraged by him! Jeff's optimism was contagious, his faith never wavered--the outcome was a miraculous healing!"
Scislow, a husband and father of four children, lives in Minneapolis, MN. He's been ranked as one of the Top 10 RE/MAX Realtors in the country and is gifted in teaching and healing. He enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
