Rich Woman Launches Financial Education to Empower Women to Win

Oahu, Hawaii. Kim has been speaking around the globe with her husband, Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad Author) and is passionate about educating women in the new rules of money.

September 3, 2009 -- Because women can no longer count on a partner, the government or a company for absolute financial support, Kim Kiyosaki (Rich Woman Author and Real Estate Investor) launches her first Rich Woman financial education event. While Kim is happily married to Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad Author), she is fiercely independent and encourages women to plan their financial future. At this premiere event, Bringing Out the Rich Woman in You (http://richwoman.com/hawaii.aspx), on October 9, 2009 on Oahu, Kim will share why women need to plan now, invest for Cash Flow versus Capital Gains, and how to get out of the rat race using the Cashflow Game.

The Rules of Money Have Changed's8230;Knowledge is the New Money! Kim explains, Today, more than ever, I see the need for women to be financially savvy when it comes to money and, more specifically, growing your money. Too often a woman doesn'st pay much attention to her financial security and future until she experiences a wake up call - a divorce, the death of a spouse, an illness or a job loss. It'ss at that point that she realizes that her financial life is up to her. This is why I am passionate about women taking charge of their financial lives now and being prepared for any unexpected event that may occur.

1. Why Women Need Financial Education Now

Kim is a Financial Education Advocate who believes that the greatest asset you can build is financial knowledge to take charge of your money and your life. Here'ss why Kim thinks it'ss even more important for women to take charge of their financial future now:

- 90% of all women will have sole responsibility for their finances within their lifetimesyet 79% of all women have not planned for this.

- 58% of female baby boomers have less than $10,000 in retirement.

- Only 20% of baby boomer women will be financially secure in their retirement (80% will not).

And as women get older, the financial stats are even more alarming.

- 47% of women over 50 are single.

- 3 out of 4 elderly who are living in poverty are women

- 80% of the women were not poor when their husbands were alive.

- Approximately 7 out of 10 women will at some point live in poverty.

2. Kim will share how to invest for Cash Flow versus Capital Gains

While most investors are taught to buy and sell a house for a profit, Kim Kiyosaki will share how to evaluate a real deal example and determine whether you will have a positive cashflow (which is money in your pocket now versus later). Kim will also cover new financial planning tools in her new GPS (Guide to Phenomenal Success) at this one-time event.

3. Cashflow Game will teach how to get out of the Rat Race

When Kim and Robert retired early, they created a game to teach others how they got out of the daily rat race of working for a paycheck. Their Cashflow Game is now played worldwide by over 3,000 Official Cashflow Clubs. Because it is such an awesome learning tool, Kim will lead a special Cashflow Game at her October event on Oahu for both new (Cashflow 101) and advanced (Cashflow 202) investors.

Kim chose Hawaii for her first Rich Woman event because it'ss where she got her business start at a Honolulu advertising agency. Her Rich Woman book actually begins in Honolulu during lunch with five girlfriends in Waikiki on the beach as they embarked on their future careers. Twenty years later, they reunite to discover that they each chose different paths. And this story continues this October 9th on Oahu where Kim continues her passion to educate more women how to gain financial independence.
