Nationwide Survey of Veterans Administration Hospitals Begins



Veterans advocacy group "Veteran Helping Veteran" is conducting a Veterans Administration satisfaction survey on their new website www.netbo.org that asks veterans ten simple questions ranking the delivery of services from the nationwide Veterans Administration Medical System.



"The survey will be conducted from now through May, 2006," said Ken Smith, director. We are attempting to capture responses from veterans of all branches of the military and all service eras, with a special concentration on veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan to allow for a comprehensive accounting of the current services delivered by the Veterans Administration.



Areas of the survey feature:

> Timely manner of appointments;

> Confidence in the skill level of doctors and nurses;

> Transportation to and from appointments

> Comprehensive treatment plans

> Amount of paperwork and

> Overall satisfaction of continuum of care



Veterans Helping Veterans will release its findings, May 15th, 2006, two weeks before Memorial Day, to allow time for the Veterans Administration to respond to the results. Nationally, veterans are spreading the word via the Internet to come to the new website www.netbo.org to have their voices counted.



www.netbo.org strives to provide a simple system of veteran advocacy with its model of one veteran helping another veteran.Each veterans survey will be tabulated and a comprehensive report will be made available to the media on May 15th, 2006.
