April 10 2005 Cardiology for Experienced Cardio Thoracic Physician Assistant Multiple newly created Cardio Thoracic positions for midlevel providers are now available in the state of IL Cardio Thoracic candidates will be required to reside in the specific communities Midlevels were initially added to Cardio Thoracic practice in the past year and the program is now expanding The success of the Cardio Thoracic Midlevels program has led to its expansion Generally the assignment will be 11 with Cardio Thoracic MD to include inpatient office ED call on rotation post cath followups patient teaching and office visits The major goals for the Physician Assistant are to increase the quality of patient care and to enhance the quality of life for the physicians Productivity IS NOT the foremost concern of this practice and bonus based on individual productivity will not be a compensation consideration Overall Cardio Thoracic practice success is a bonus factor on an annual review basis Cardio Thoracic experience required Preference Cardiovascular and Thoracic experience but will consider new graduates with cardiology electives andor strong cardiology in curriculum and evidence of sincere interest in Cardiology field
