ISARTOP International Scientific Association for Reserches into Objective Phenomena A Project to Improve Human Relations
April 26 2005 The new research and educational organization to be known as ISARTOP is a natural and logical expansion of a larger humanitarian and scientific project named Project Mystic Connection started by Dr Emanuel A Toriello PhD LLM in 1989 who submitted it to the UN organisation requesting the latter to consider the possibility of the recognition of an official scientific team whose aim should be the research in the field of the transcendental objective phenomena
Dr Emanuel A Toriello whose legal name is Angelo A Toriello is something of an enigma His life experiences have been many and varied as he has veered between moments of intense spirituality and tortured anguish He has had links to a 'James Bond' sort of existence in the intelligence network through journalistic investigations with opportunities of exposing corruption and downright criminality together with sexual abuses within the church In fact he is one of the first people as far as I know to have launched in 1996 a free helpline service for victims of abuse by priests part of a larger project to professionally assist victims and persecutors which caused him to be subsequently pestered by the church
After studying electronic and obtained a diploma from an acting academy in Paris he went into show business first in France Italy and then in USA where meanwhile he started his study obtaining in 1989 a PhD as doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice and later on an LLM in 2003 beside other qualifications psychology researcher in resonant field imaging etc in different subjects obtained here and there
He rubbed shoulders with the likes of Jacques Martin in France Renzo Arbore and other Italian famous people in Italy Dean Martin Jerry Lewis Eddie Murphy in USA and meeting people like Steven Segal Richard Gere the Dalai Lama the Pope Paul John II Sai Baba Bill Clinton presidents ministers and may other personalities from different walk of life as part of his meeting agenda of his social projects started in 1997 in India He was here where he met the prominent personality Mr D R Karthikeeyan former Central Bureau of Investigations director and Human Rights Commission of India director general and whom has positively and deeply marked Dr Toriello's life who started collaborating with Dr Toriello's social projects leading them to meet eminent personalities like Honorable Mancini Gargani Bonino and other Italian senators ministers commissioners etc
Dr Toriello has taken part in psychic research groups who achieved amazing results and for some time was experiencing religious stigmata himself leading to him becoming a catholic Franciscan friar living in a monastery for some time and from where his name Emanuel was adopted as part of a catholic ritual Beside those social projects Dr Toriello has written a denouncing documentbook which is in publishings process
The project arose initially when Dr Toriello became involved with the EVP Electronic Voice Phenomenon research project of Marcello Bacci at Grosseto in Italy in 198586 The Direct Radio Voices received for many years by Bacci at his laboratory in conjunction with other prominent researchers have been studied and researched extensively by prominent scientists from all over the world whose conclusions as to the humanitarian value of the voices and their ultimate source have proved to be extremely positive
The research led Dr Toriello and a number of his colleagues from Grosseto to visit Scole in England where similar research had also produced positive and valuable results in the 1990's Following this UK visit and a journey to Grosseto by Scole Experimental Group founders Dr Robin Foy and Sandra Foy it became apparent that there was the potential for a number of distinguished EVP researchers to join with Dr Emanuel A Toriello in order to further the work of his ambitious project
In order to put the wheels in motion a meeting of key international researchers and contacts was called at the St Giles Hotel in London on February 6th to inform them about the proposed setup and activities of the organization
The first tentative restricted and speculative announcements regarding the ISARTOP project have produced encouraging results and much interest from researchers and the public alike In a short space of time more than 70 researchers from all over the world have registered their interest in joining
the project from countries as far afield as Japan Australia New Zealand Canada the USA Brazil The UK France Germany Italy Finland Spain and Israel
It is anticipated that interest in
the project will continue to grow rapidly as the foundations of ISARTOP come together
