ShepherdessMinistries Takes a New Direction Blazing a Trail for Women

May 7, 2005 -- Shepherdess-Ministries is gearing towards meeting the needs of the 21st century woman by teaching, inspiring and encouraging them and their families. The approach to marriage and motherhood is from an honest perspective, tackling important issues to the modern woman in a practical way. This no holds barred attitude is intended to teach and help women in the important aspects of daily living in a Biblical manner such as - how to submit to their husbands by putting them first in all aspects of the marital relationship, or revealing the Super-Mom mentality as a myth and exposing the destructive nature this mind-set can have on a marriage relationship. These much desired tools will be provided through articles, books, bible studies, women's retreats, and public speaking.

The Shepherdess-Ministries website has been updated to reflect these recent changes. New to the website is a content management system (CMS) to showcase the writings in an easy to navigate format. A new, interactive, message board provides a forum in which a woman's voice will be heard, bringing Shepherdess-Ministries closer to Christian women and affording the personal relationship that is imperative in knowing the true heart of a woman by keeping in tune with what matters the most to her, God and family. Additionally, a no-cost bi-weekly newsletter offering prayers, devotionals, and articles for women concerning family and faith as well as household tips and free printables is available. Each issue includes a ministry spotlight highlighting the mission of a worthy Christian based ministry, non-profit, or ministry minded business.
