February 4, 2005 -- A Christian author himself, Facciani will speak on the theme of the event, "Christian books and the community," reflecting, as it were, the role Christian media organizations like his are playing in promoting the Christian message which is the main focus of every genuine Christian book.
"We are excited to have Facciani as this year's keynote speaker because we know he will address the issues in a way that will benefit his audience and glorify God," notes Paschal Eze, director of the Christian book fair.
The book fair which runs from Friday, September 23 to Saturday, September 24 will be held at the spacious Johnson County Fairgrounds in Iowa City.
Exhibitors, including Christian authors, publishers, book retailers and wholesalers, Christian book promotion practitioners and sellers of Christian gift items, are expected from the 50 states in the US.
"This year, we are offering promotional support to the exhibitors and we've reserved hotel rooms for them at good discounts," adds Rev. Eze.
At the Texas business magnate Flight captain Ron Knott-keynoted 2004 event held at the same venue, exhibitors came from 17 states.
