Cowboy Dave Forced to Cancel Dozens of Shows

Cowboy Dave Maiville, whose phenomenally successful, all acoustic Cowboy Dave Classic Country Music Show had bookings around the USA into 2007, announces the forced cancellation of all appearances.



The cost of fuel, insurance and the limited budgets of my venues finally hit, says Dave Maiville. Maiville whose 2005 production of The RV CD music for the RV lifestyle catapulted him into a minor role of pop culture icon for the RV industry, comments, Well, the cost of being on the road every week was tough even for famous folks like Dolly Parton, so I don'st feel too bad when it happened to me!



His web site has been innundated with emails from his small, but growing fan base, complaining about the cancellations.I sincerely apologize but we just can not pay more at the gas pump than we are making, says Maiville.



All remaining CD'ss from his productions are on sale until gone at his website www.cowboydavemusic.com.



Future plans include trying to gather serious sponsors so that folks can enjoy Cowboy Dave'ss innovative approach to doing Classic Country and Classic Gospel music, live, with only acoustic instrumental support.
