TutitionDiscount.com announces its C2C Christians to College conference...

TuitionDiscount.com will begin its educational series on 's8220;How to Prepare and Pay for College's8221; through its Christians to College Conference.

The first C2C event on the Saturday August 12th is open to all students and parents who can travel to NorthEast Christian Church at 990 Star Shoot Parkway (Hamburg) in Lexington, Ky. It is geared at entering high school 9th graders through entering college freshman based on the scope of topics and speakers.

The event will take place from 9 AM to 1 PM for approximately 200 to 300 students. Register online at christians2college.com to secure your seat, if you are planning to attend.

College/Career Minister Dave Willis of NorthEast Christian Church believes that this event will make a difference for Christian youth. 's8220;The decisions students make in college will exponentially impact every aspect of their lives, but unfortunately, most students go into college completely unprepared to make those decisions wisely. There's8217;s no program I's8217;ve seen that is more capable of empowering students to avoid the common mistakes so many college students make, while remaining true to a Christian worldview.'s8221;

's8220;College life is fraught with perils and pitfalls for unsuspecting youth, from the colleges they choose, the way they finance it, and the decisions they make while at college,'s8221; said Paul Ransdell, founder of TuitionDiscount.com.

's8220;Even the classroom can be perilous terrain. Knowing how some 50 percent of college students will falter and perish spiritually, the conference will prepare them for the cultural battle that is waged in college for their bodies, spirits and minds.'s8221;

The C2C conference will include a college fair and an opportunity to mix and mingle with area universities and colleges that offer unique discounts and scholarship opportunities for area students.

Colleges can participate by paying a booth fee of $50 per table by registering online at christians2college.com or by calling 800-721-2192.

Students of all ages are invited to visit the website 24/7 to garner information about various educational facilities throughout the United States. While the web search is free, a small entry fee of $20 will be charged for the C2C conference, and can be paid directly in registration through the website, TuitionDiscount.com.

There will be a book signing by noted authors and conference co-presenters Ransdell and Willis. Ransdell just released his book 's8220;College Grad - No Debt,'s8221; and Willis's8217; latest book is 's8220;Conquering College: The Ultimate Guide for the New College Freshman.'s8221;

Students from Fayette and nearby surrounding counties, such as Scott, Bourbon, Harrison, Clark, Estill, Madison, Garrard, Boyle, Woodford, and Franklin are invited to participate.
