Mechanical shrinking/stretching is the most widely used process supplement when shaping contours in all metals. Efficient time saver and the least damaging to metal surfaces opposed to tuck or finger type metal shaping methods.

Ductile iron cast body, precision machined for years of maintenance free operation.

Largest throat size in machine class: 8 ½" inside opening reach, 6" inside opening height, 5/8" max. Material insertion.

·   
16 gauge mild steel & 14 gauge untreated aluminum capacity.

·   
Each machine includes shrinker jaw set. Jaws can be changed quickly and are precision machined and heat-treated.
