ldCypress and Red Square Systems will merge their businesses.


Pittsburgh, PA July 3, 2009 -- July 1st 2009 brings the merger of ColdCypress and Red Square Systems. Ian James, President of Red Square Systems, states, This will allow two strong companies in the Pittsburgh IT market to take advantage of each other'ss technical strengths and resources and allow us to better serve our customers. Dave Kerney, President of ColdCypress, states, The merged company resources will allow us to meet and exceed the majority of customer technical and service requirements. The combined entity, ColdCypress, will continue to be based in Bridgeville, PA.
