Datacraft GSC is the first service centre within the Dimension Data group to achieve ISO 20K certification, which is a major milestone since its inception in 2004. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005
(known previously as BS 15000 Part 1) is a highly respected international IT Service Management standard that enables IT organisations to ensure that their IT service management processes
are aligned both with the needs of the business and with international best practice. It helps to identify and manage the key processes involved in delivering effective managed services
to meet the client business needs based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.

The scope of certification covers the GSC IT Service Management System that supports the IT network infrastructure through its Insite management and Uptime support services provided by
GSC Bangalore, India.
