The Convergence of Voice and Data has Arrived

NSI now provides comprehensive IP Telephony and Network Wireless solutions to small and medium sized businesses and large enterprises through a new alliance with SysNet Technologies of Enfield, Connecticut.



SysNet has vast experience implementing network infrastructure products, particularly Cisco routers and switches.

Nigel Manhertz, SysNet Partner and Senior Network Engineer, believes the timing of the alliance is perfect. These are now mature technologies and people are starting to evaluate how they reduce costs and increase efficiency, Manhertz said. For example, NSI has many IBM 'sSystem i's customers that will save tons of money by leveraging and extending their existing investment for voice and wireless applications.



IBM and 3Com are now offering IP telephony solutions on the System i (voice integration to business applications, management of multiple sites, call center solutions, IVR, intelligent call routing and screen pops) that are open, secure and SIP compliant. SysNet is a certified 3Com Focus Partner, as well as certified Cisco Premier and SMB Select Partner. NSI is an IBM Premier Business Partner.
