Kevin's history as both a firefighter and a mechanic has made him very familiar with quality air tools and equipment. "We used air tools in the fire department as rescue tools, and we used air tools when I was a mechanic," he explains. "I always thought the prices were really high for what you were getting. On our site, you're getting much better quality at a lower price."
The site also has an accompanying blog at www.HandyManAirTools.net, where customers can go to get more information on products and to locate specific items. "I've always found it difficult trying to navigate through sites," confesses Kevin. "You end up in Timbuktu and don't know where you are. The blog will help with finding the items you want, and to build up trust with consumers. We'll put in as much information as possible about what tool is best for what job."
In the end, the customer is what is most important. "We just want to be able to pass the best price on to the customer," says Karen. "We look at ourselves as customers also, so we realize what they're looking for in a product, and at what price."
