Americas Watchdog and its Homeowners Consumer Center have been leading in a national investigation of imported toxic Chinese in Florida, and numerous other states. It'ss no longer a question of what US States have toxic Chinese drywall, its more like how many homes are affected. Our biggest worries right now aside from Florida, is Texas. We also think homeowners in Arizona, California, Nevada, Louisiana, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Hawaii, 's38; the Mid West should be on the look out for this product.



The group is now including remodeled homes, that could be affected. The time line for new, or remodeled homes that could have toxic Chinese drywall is 2001 to present. At its peak Chinese drywall was being used in new homes, or home remodeling between 2004 's38; 2008.
