Design Book to Launch a Printed Directory of Firms that Offer Products...

Design Book, in association with the Miami Chapter of American Institute of Architects, is launching a printed directory of firms that offer products and services to architects, designers, and developers. This professional trade publication features glossy color images and descriptions to attract new business for its advertising members. Distribution starts in February 2009 with 6000 copies to be delivered to a targeted readership of industry professionals in South Florida.

In these difficult economic times, smart businesses know that advertising is the best way to compete for available work, said a Design Book executive. While most magazine ads are extremely expensive, Design Book has taken the opposite route. Our low ad rates are unprecedented; they allow all businesses easy access to qualified potential sales leads, mentioned another executive. As an added value to the printed directory, Design Book will feature all the advertisers on the web as well.

Companies that have already reserved their spots include large corporations, medium-sized firms, as well as new businesses. The directory includes: engineering companies, product manufacturers, furniture makers, rendering studios, architectural model makers, advertising agencies, web designers, software distributors, and many other firms that offer support products and services to the design and development communities.
