LRS Federal LLC (LRS) was selected to participate in the Mentor-Prot's233;g's233; Program sponsored by the Department of Energy'ss Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The mentor-prot's233;g's233; agreement provides a mechanism where ORNL and LRS can enter into an integrated working relationship that will enhance LRS Federal'ss business and technical capabilities. The Mentor-Prot's233;g's233; Program at ORNL is a DOE initiative designed to encourage and assist small businesses in an effort to enhance their capabilities to perform contracts and subcontracts for ORNL. The effort is intended to provide opportunities for LRS to become a successful subcontractor at ORNL, to become a successful contractor for other government agencies and private industry as well as to foster long-term relationships and business growth.
The Department of Energy strives to increase subcontracting opportunities by encouraging prime contractors to assist small disadvantaged businesses, including Service-Disabled
Veteran-Owned companies, through the Mentor-Prot's233;g's233; Program. This program provides a number of benefits that include preferential contracting opportunities and long-term teaming
relationships between the Mentor and Prot's233;g's233;. LRS continues their relationship with ORNL which began in 2006 when they signed a Memorandum of Agreement to cooperate in
Technology Evaluation, Demonstration and Implementation.
LRS Federal is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) program and project management company with headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland. LRS offers consulting and technical services for

The ability to partner with such a world-renowned science and technology leader is truly a milestone in our company'ss history. We are grateful for the opportunity and will ensure this is
a success for ORNL and the Department of Energy, said LRS CEO Sean Logan. By taking advantage of the mentorship, training and assistance being offered through this agreement, we will be
better positioned to support ORNL and all of our federal clients with greater skill and enhanced capabilities.
