Tenant Rep Agency LLC Expands Announces Merger with David Ahner Real...



Even as economic conditions affect corporations of all sizes, the St. Louis Missouri-based Tenant Rep Agency, LLC announces it is expanding by merging into its operations David Ahner Real Estate with Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis - creating a nationally-recognized real estate entity with more than $1 billion in commercial real estate experience - comprising over 10 million square feet of real estate.



Tenant Rep Agency (TRA) specializes in representing tenants in office leasing. In addition to working to secure optimum lease rates, TRA has a unique teaming agreement with St. Louis-based HOK, the largest architectural firm in the world, to provide TRA'ss clients with interior design, tenant development and architectural services, at no cost to the client. This is an industry-first and leading-edge, competitive strategic partnership gaining major new business.



By merging with David Ahner Real Estate, Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis becomes an even larger resource for corporate leasing. Mr. Ahner has over $1.1 billion in transactions over 30 years as a commercial real estate developer and landlord. Previous affiliations include Trammell Crow, Linclay Corporation, Kelley Properties, Turley Martin Company, HBE Corporation, Siteman Organization and Grubb 's38; Ellis St. Louis. In these capacities, Mr. Ahner was involved with the development, leasing and marketing of major St. Louis commercial properties, including nearly every major interstate intersection in St. Louis County, (for example: Manchester and 270 as President of Kelley Properties;Olive and 270 (Woodcrest), Mason and Olive (Bellerieve Commons), Hwy 40 and Hwy 141 l (Woodsmill Corp Center), I-44 and Watson (Laumier), Manchester 's38; I-270 (Corporate Hill) as Director of National Accounts with Linclay Corporation; Page and 270 (Park 270) as Vice President with Grubb 's38; Ellis St. Louis; Mercantile Tower (now US Bank Tower) as Leasing Manager with Trammel Crow, plus developments in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Ahner will now be applying this superior developer and landlord experience representing office tenants exclusively.



Mr. Ahner also spent over 10 years as corporate real estate acquisition, disposition and management with Boatmen'ss Bancshares and Bank of America. Cumulatively Mr. Ahner has experiences with almost 1,000 major real estate transactions in St. Louis and across the US.

Tenant Rep Agency, LLC and Mr. Ahner will now own TRA St. Louis. Ahner will have the title of Executive Director of TRA St. Louis and also act as the parent company'ss National Accounts Executive Director. Tenant Rep Agency expects to announce hitting its $10 million mark in leases before year-end and is actively expanding to other markets to deliver best-in-class tenant representation. The merger with David Ahner Real Estate anticipates increasing annual sales of Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis to $50,000,000.



In addition to corporate expansion TRA is also broadening its charitable endeavors. It'ss our company'ss philanthropic policy to provide 3% of company profits to charity, said Desloge. David'ss addition will ultimately make a significant difference in the lives of those in need.



The value of the merger is not being disclosed under a confidentiality agreement between both sides. The St. Louis office will now cover all of Missouri and the metro east region of St. Louis. Tenant Rep Agency St. Louis will be relocating to new offices in west St. Louis County to accommodate this merger and new associates joining the firm.
