"I wanted to make some more money and help people out with good quality products at a low price," says Rick, who launched the site in January of 2008. "I'm offering quality products at reasonable prices."
In addition to the creation of his new site, Rick has also begun a business blog at www.MildredsTreasure.com where his customers can interact with him on a more personal level. "I intend to use my blog to give people information on products that I have, and for people to give me feedback on my products," explains Rick, who is interested in customer service. "That way, I can understand what people are buying and why, and they can give comments back on the quality of the merchandise."
Also listed on the blog are promotions available to regular viewers. "Customers can currently get gift cards good for $10 off their first order if they email me from the site," Rick states, explaining that he hopes to run additional promotions soon.
