"It's important to me to keep my customer's happy," says Victor Beltran, the store owner. "That's my number one priority. I already have an email reminder service for special occasions -- birthdays, anniversaries, and the like. I can remind customers that these occasions are coming up, and suggest gifts for those occasions. This is just another way for me to help them, and for them to help me be a better business."
The store, which features over 2500 different products, offers gifts for a variety of occasions. "I like giving gifts, and the items I carry are for a number of different occasions," says Victor. "I carry a catalog of items that aren't necessarily on the site, and they update in January and July with new products."
Victor looks forward to posting in his blog, and to hearing the feedback of his customers. "I'll be talking about all of the new stuff that will be coming out," he explains, "for advertising products and interacting with customers."
