Real Estate Author Dan Auito Has Done the Unthinkable
When asked why he would do such a thing while sacrificing the $60,000 dollar investment in the project Auito said, his main purpose in producing the work was always first and foremost to help other people. After garnering solid five-star reviews and placement on major bookstore shelves Auito realized that the people who needed the information most often could not afford the $19.95 cover price.
Auito admits that his wife Kimberly is going to hang him for doing it but he stands fast in the belief that what comes around goes around and good things will come as a result of doing it. When pressed for the truth in why anyone would forgo guaranteed sales and profits, Auito, whose last name translated into Italian means help, believes that is what he was put here to do and focuses his efforts on finding ways to do things other people just can't bring themselves to do.
Dan reiterated the fact that by giving the work away he could potentially help millions and accomplish his ultimate goal in producing the work .
