McFills CEO, Mr. Nimesh Shah, quits the company to form a core consultancy group with team of professional, experts, consultants, architects, management experts and others to provide total project solutions for industry and FMCG sector. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and company Secreatary. He leads Genexxt, a core consultancy group, as CEO and has rich experience of 20 years of industry and FMCG sector. He has been instrumental and was associated with project worth more than Rs. 1,600 crores in snack & food processing industry, textiles, engineering, pharmaceuticals, mineral processing and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Shah was the key strategist in setting up one of the largest snack food projects of India, a first of its kind, promoted by McFills and was CEO for nearly two years. He was instrumental in the identification of the project, product mix, technology, collaborations, branding and implementation of the project in record time. He was leading the marketing & sales team to make NE range of snacks successful and available in majority states of India in just 90 days. He was also responsible for developing export department, ERP systems, advertisement & media planning, strategic launch and event management, packaging and product design, building corporate identity and public relations. He steered the organization structure and quality parameters for the company. He was instrumental in all the innovations visible in NE range of snacks. He professionally proved his capability to negotiate competitive deals and collaborations with huge competitive edge and cost saving tools. The process of successful and historic launch initiated by him will need lot of consumer commitment, quality commitment and professionalism by the company to keep up the pace of growth and success for which strong foundation is already laid by him and his dedicated work force.

Mr. Shah has floated a core consultancy group, called GENEXXT, with fully equipped infrastructure and have associates with experience on project reports, management, information systems, communication systems, marketing, human resource management, branding, advertising, media planning, quality certifications, architectural & civil engineering and project financing.
