KMC Telecom Implements FullyAutomated EndtoEnd Flowthrough Provisioning with Eftias Ai�

January 21, 2005 -- Eftia's Ai� based revolutionary Flow-Through Provisioning software is enabling KMC to quickly and cost effectively achieve the 'holy grail' of telecom service providers - fully automating end-to-end provisioning of services without human involvement. This previously involved numerous manually intensive steps, including interactions with incumbent carriers, various industry databases, and multiple existing provisioning processes and systems. The net effect is to provide 'instant service' to KMC's customers while minimizing provisioning costs.
