May 25, 2006 Marks the official launch of MiscThings.com the webmall with a little bit of everything. Since MiscThings has been developing this website, it has managed to align itself with approximately 150 online merchants and retailers.



The website offers online shoppers a product of the day, online coupons and a weekly newsletter by email. Mr. Samson, the developer of the website, is planning to add more online merchants and features to the website in the future.



Shoppers will find the showcased product of the day is usually a product that has unique characteristics, is hard to find, novel or just different in some way.



The online coupons section is generated by selected merchants and updated regularly with current coupon savings opportunities.



The newsletter, which is set to begin circulation by email on June 1, 2006, will highlight new merchants, hot new products, special promotions and news regarding shopping enhancements to the website.

Reasons include;

1) Shopping online is time efficient. You do not have to travel to the store in order to shop.

At one time we would all get in our cars and drive to various stores or shopping centres to find the products and services that we needed, now with online shopping we can find what we need and purchase it without having to start our car. In effect, lowering emissions.

3) Shopping online helps to reduce road rage because now more than ever, you can choose to avoid sitting in motor traffic. Although you may have to deal with virtual traffic causing slow websites, It is a great improvement over physical motor traffic.
