DocuVault Delaware Valley Separates from Denver Partner

DocuVault Delaware Valley LLC (www.document-shredding-services-nj-media-storage-pa-de.com) recently announced the separation from its partner, DocuVault Group LLLP, Denver, CO, to go forth as a sole entity, offering records management and information destruction services as well as business and residential document storage (www.choose2protect.com) and scanning (www.scanningimagingservices.com), data backup, and shredding services (www.localshredding.com) in NJ, PA and DE.

Based in West Deptford since its 2001 establishment, DocuVault Delaware Valley (DDV) will retain its name, contact information, and employees. DiMarino, an alumnus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, has been at the helm at the New Jersey location since day one.

"Our customers will continue to receive the same secure, convenient records management and information destruction services they've come to rely on," said DiMarino.

Customers will experience no delay or interruption in service during the transition to 100% ownership by DDV. The transaction was completed for an undisclosed amount.

The privately held enterprise plans to enhance personalized service and conveniences, and add new services to its offerings.

To ensure identity/property protection, DDV conducts employee background and drug tests, provides certificates of destruction, and complies with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and FACTA (Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act) laws.

In addition to its pledge to privacy, the company is committed to top-notch personal service, too, according to DiMarino.
