ForeverLawn Saves More than 18 Million Gallons of Water this Month

ForeverLawn, Inc., an Albuquerque-based synthetic grass (http://www.foreverlawn.com) installations have reduced water used in landscapes by hundreds of millions of gallons over the past three years. Based on lower water bills and reduced maintenance costs, these homes and businesses have saved millions of dollars in maintaining these lawns as well.

Although many customers are installing ForeverLawn primarily for the beautification and enhanced functionality of their lawns, the environmental benefits are hard to overlook. In addition to the large savings of water, ForeverLawn installations also reduce emissions from lawn mowers, emissions of crew vehicles traveling to the job sites, and many gallons of spilled gasoline. Add this conservation to products with a large percentage of recycled and "green" content, and you have an environmentally and fiscally responsible product.

"Our goal is to create a product that looks good, effectively serves its purpose and is environmentally sound," said Brian Karmie, ForeverLawn vice president. "Water savings is just one of the many benefits of our innovative products."
