Maria Teitleman Unveils New Real Estate Website Designed to Educate...

Maria Teitleman, a Realtor in the Charlotte metro area for the past 6+ years, today unveiled a new website full of information every person interested in selling or buying a property needs to know. The website, www.charlotteareahomes.net includes a live feed into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), school and community reports, and an extensive local links section including everything from politics to media and tax information.



In creating the website, Maria stated: "Every businessperson needs a website. However, this website isn't just to attract business from the internet, but to show people who want to move into this area how things operate."



The website, available to the public on July 4th is also designed with a patriotic background to celebrate the holiday.



"Buying or selling a property is one of the most rewarding experiences a person can have," added Mrs. Teitleman. "It should be handled by a professional who has their clients interests at heart."



Maria lives in Monroe, North Carolina, with her husband of twenty-three years, Michael, and three dogs, Jewel, Puppy, and Dolly. Two of the dogs were strays found on properties Mrs. Teitleman had in the past. Maria serves all of Mecklenburg, Union, and Anson Counties in North Carolina as well as Lancaster and Chesterfield Counties in upstate South Carolina.
