Cleveland, OH July 2, 2009 -- The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) (https://www.naca.com/index_main.jsp) will announce a Save the Dream Event coming to the Wolstein Center in Cleveland on July 17-20, 2009. Congresswoman Marcia L Fudge invited NACA here to provide the best solution for homeowners with an unaffordable mortgage.

This is a continuation of NACA'ss nationwide Save the Dream Tour, where more than 25,000 homeowners from each event have already participated and thousands of homeowners achieved affordable long-term resolutions. Most importantly thousands of homeowners received same day solutions with their interest rate permanently reduced to 4%, 3% and 2% and if necessary reduced the outstanding principal based on what the homeowner can afford. All of NACA'ss services are free.

In preparation for the Cleveland event, NACA CEO Bruce Marks and Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge (OH-11) will hold a joint press conference on Monday, July 6, at the Wolstein Center at 11:30 am to discuss this extraordinary event.

NACA CEO, Bruce Marks, said, Ohio homeowners with an unaffordable mortgage and others from surrounding states will owe a huge gratitude to Representative Fudge. We are here at the Wolstein Center for four days providing solutions to thousands of homeowners that sound too good to be true.

NACA has a tremendous track record of successful advocacy against predatory and discriminatory lenders as well as providing the best solution. I thank God NACA intervened. NACA saved our home. We'sre saving more than $600 a month, said Surmontee Morgan of Cleveland, one of tens of thousands of homeowners NACA has successfully assisted.

I am delighted that NACA is bringing its unprecedented Save the Dream program to Ohio to help people hold onto the dream of homeownership. I invited them after seeing the results of NACA'ss Save the Dream Events in Washington D.C., Connecticut and South Carolina. We expect to exceed the 25,000 participating at each of those events with thousands of solutions, said Congresswoman Fudge.

Homeowners are expected to travel long distances to attend this extraordinary event. NACA will have over 500 staff and volunteers including over 250 counselors providing counseling from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Friday July 17th through Monday July 20th.Every homeowner with an unaffordable mortgage should take advantage of this extraordinary opportunity.
